• Appointments can be scheduled online up to 30 days in advance. If no dates are available, our schedule is currently filled. You are welcome to check back anytime to see if appointments have become available.

• A credit card or debit card is required at time of booking to reserve your appointment online. If you do not have a debit or credit card but would like to schedule, please send me a message using the online form found on our Contact page.

• We work on a comfy mat on the floor. Loose comfortable clothing is worn during your session. Depending on your goals for our sessions, your comfort level, and how your body is feeling at the time of your appointment, I will adapt stretches and pressure to make sure your session is relaxing and enjoyable.
