We are gratuity free as we identify as part of the allied health profession and see ourselves as an important part of maintaining your health and well being. Tipping can be confusing and unclear. two things we would like to omit from your experience at Thai Massage Vermont. We are independently owned and charge a price that allows a fair wage, and do not rely on consumers to make up the difference for our massage therapist.
If you feel like you would like to tip as your service was excellent, we encourage you click on the link below to leave a google review.

Wear loose comfortable clothing to your Thai massage. Joggers, sweatpants, leggings, yoga pants, athletic type pants are all great. Comfortable loose pants that are stretchy or flowy are fine too!
T shirts, long or short sleeve, comfortable stretchy tops you might wear to the gym or on a walk. It is best to avoid any tops with buttons, no jeans, skirts or shorts as these can be restrictive, please avoid tank tops.

I understand, life happens. If you are unable to make your appointment due to illness or a change in your schedule, please call as soon as possible, this allows me adequate time to fill your appointment. You may cancel your appointment online up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. After 48 hours you must call or text to cancel your appointment.
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations. regardless of the reason. You will be responsible for payment of 100% of the total cost of your scheduled massage when your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
The missed appointment fee must be paid before your next scheduled massage session. Clients with multiple last minute cancellations will need to prepay 48 hours before each appointment. Consecutive appointment cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in an inability to schedule appointments.
Multiple appointment reminders via email and text are sent out. Please make sure we have your updated contact information

You will only be charged if you give less than 48 hours notice for cancellation, or if there is a no-call/ no show. This must be paid in full before your next scheduled appointment.

If you are going to be late please let me know. Lateness will result in shorter appointment times. You are still responsible for total cost of the massage booked.
